About the Club

Collegians Ski Club at Mount Buller is situated in a spectacular position on Breathtaker Spur, with magnificent views across surrounding slopes and valleys from either the comfortable living areas or the wide balcony.

From the lodge you can ski directly onto Standard and Wood Run, and it is a short walk or shuttle ride to Helicopter Flat and Bourke Street, the chairlifts to the Summit, and to adjacent slopes.

Collegians Ski Club was formed in 1963 to foster skiing amongst Old Wesley Collegians and their families and to encourage skiing amongst students of the Wesley College, Melbourne campuses.

Construction of the architect-designed lodge began in 1963 by Club Members and friends. Over intervening years it has been continually updated and modernised, so that it retains its early Mount Buller heritage charm, and yet provides every modern comfort and facility required by today's snowsports enthusiasts.

It features eight bunk rooms, three with ensuites, the remaining with dedicated bathrooms, and a spacious entertaining area which includes a lounge with an open fire, bar, 2 TV rooms, dining area and a fully equipped communal kitchen.

The passageways and bunkrooms are carpeted throughout and all rooms are centrally heated for your comfort and enjoyment and a spacious drying room is available for use by all. The basement has space for storage of Club supplies, lockable ski racks, individual lockers for members' food, clothing etc.
