The Previuos Purchases shows the details of all previous purchases you have made using this website (excluding payments for subscriptions and bookings - those are shown on your Family Balance page).

Purchase Status

Purchases can have several different statuses. Most purchases will be in the Completed status, however purchases start off as Pending. If the payment is completed successfully, the status is changed to Completed. If the payment is not completed, the status changes to cancelled.

The payment can stay at pending in two scenarios:

You left the PayPal site before the payment was completed (e.g. by closing the browser window)
PayPal is still processing your completed scenario. If you believe you completed a payment successfully, but the site is still showing your purchase as Pending contact your website administrator using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page - make sure you include the purchase number.

The initial view shows Completed purchases. Click on the appropriate link to view Pending or Cancelled purchases. Note that pending purchases are only shown for a short period of time.
